Israel's primary scuba diving location is Eilat, a town catering heavily towards beach tourism on the northern tip of the Red Sea in the Gulf of Abaqa.
One of the more exotic dive locations here is the Dead Sea. Most people visiting the Dead Sea go not for scuba diving, but for general tourism. The most popular tourist spot on the Israeli side of the Dead Sea is Ein Bokek, but it is still very small with only a few restaurants and shops.
